Susie is an executive recruiter specializing in hard-to-find candidates in finance, accounting, information technology, and business administration. A former financial analyst and IT consultant herself, she is well positioned to thoroughly understand our clients’ complex needs.
Anna is a Sr. Executive Associate at Merito Group and has a track record of success placing candidates for roles at various levels. As a key account recruiter on multiple national programs, she is well versed in meeting client and candidate needs on a contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and retained search basis.

Anh is Merito Group’s Office Manager and on-boarding coordinator, serving as the primary point of contact for employment verification, background checks, and timesheet approvals for field personnel.

Fujiko Tamashiro-Loma
Fuji serves as a Human Resources coordinator assisting contract employees with onboarding and timesheet approval. She also supports special projects as needed on a client deliverable basis.
Wendy oversees Merito Group’s internal operations, marketing, and serves as the company’s primary point of contact for external vendors and outreach. With a customer-focused approach, she supports various clients directly with hard to find and immediate needs.

Miranda serves as Merito Group’s recruiting coordinator managing client-deliverable projects and providing recruiting support. She also serves as Social Media manager responsible for our firm’s marketing platforms.

Andy Lopez
Andy is part of Merito Group’s technical recruiting remote team and specializes in highly technical, cleared roles requiring security clearances ranging from SSBI to TS/SCI FSP. Based in the DC-area, Andy supports large RPO high-volume sourcing programs.
Tyler has over 15 years of recruiting, staffing and talent acquisition experience. He has supported a variety of industries ranging from IT, cybersecurity, finance, manufacturing, and engineering. Tyler also has extensive experience recruiting for Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI CI and TS/SCI FSP candidates.
Ashley is part of Merito Group’s technical recruiting remote team with over 5 years of specialized experience in sourcing for positions requiring clearances from Public Trust to TS/SCI FSP. She has supported various government agencies on their Cybersecurity, IT, Salesforce, and Accounting needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Anacristina worked as both an IT Federal Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter and as a Recruiting Manager for an executive search firm where she and a team of professional recruiters conducted executive level searches across a variety of industries and functions.
